On July 5, 2022 Professor Sorouri along with Dr. Hasani, the advisor to the president in financial and administration affairs, and Dr. Hajiyan, the international affairs advisor to the president of PII, left Tehran for Amol Research Center, one of the branches of Pasteur Institute of Iran.

In this visit, he and his companions attended the center and showed up at different sections of the Amol institute.

At first Dr. Asouri, the person in charge of the afore-mentioned branch had a PPI presentation of the products and that of different sections such as Parasitology, Mycology, Immunology, Virology, and bacteriology.

Meanwhile the president of PII called on the different departments of the institute, main among them the departments of Rabies, Parasitology, Cell culture, Laboratory animal sciences, Food and water as well as Pertussis.

Professor Sorouri, became aware of the issues and problems which staff had to face with. Afterward, he advise the staff to work harder and produce the products which can be exported (after meeting country’s own requirements) to the countries in need of these products.

To conclude, the staff of Amol research center were invited to attend Pasteur Institute in Tehran to discuss the future plans more vividly.

On the next day, professor Sorouri and his companions left Amol for Tehran.
